Leadership has been the defining thread throughout Darryl's life. Whether leading a pipe band, developing musicians, creating national training resources, supporting community organizations, or mentoring the next generation, he believes true leadership is measured by the success of those you help develop.

An accomplished Pipe Band Drummer, Drum Major, instructor, adjudicator, and organizational developer, Darryl brings more than three decades of experience to the international pipe band community. A former Drum Sergeant and Principal Percussionist (Bass/Tenor) with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Pipes & Drums, he is widely respected for his dedication to musical excellence, education, service, and developing future leaders. His career has been built around strengthening organizations, inspiring others, and creating opportunities for people to grow.
